Are you looking for a great way to spend your Saturdays?  The Farmers' Market has a new operator and a new market location.  Beginning May 1st through November 20th, from 8:00 am to Noon, you can visit the Pleasant Hill Farmers' Market right here in Downtown Pleasant Hill.  The new market operator, Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association, has a great lineup of vendors to shop from and will also be bringing some fun entertainment to the Downtown streets each Saturday morning.  The Farmers' Market will operate on the public street in front of the Century Theatre.  Park in the garage, have breakfast in the Downtown, shop at your favorite stores, pick up your fresh produce, catch a movie and then shop for your weekly groceries before you head home.  Wow, one stop does it all.

Ian Tattenham, will be performing every other Saturday from Noon to 2:00 pm in the plaza area.

Ian is a singer/songwriter, based in Pleasant Hill, CA, who performs his original songs using a variety of acoustic guitars. Over the last decade he has focused on developing his unique style of acoustic playing and singing with songwriting that showcases a range of songs from the energetic to laid-back.

The Black Pearl Project is returning to Downtown Pleasant Hill and here is a list of their performance dates.  Their performance dates are listed below:

 Black Pearl Project, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is a creative blend of seasoned musicians whose passion for music propels the energy of their performance.  This group has an ability to orchestrate a plethora of music; from the "Jazz Standards" to the "Down Home Blues”; offering some “Funk; R&B and Gospel” stops along the way.  "The Black Pearl Project" performs with the most discriminating listener in mind.  The energy behind this collection of musicians is strong and its delivery; deliberate.

Aloha Fridays featuring Fran Guidry is back at Downtown Pleasant Hill and he will be performing from May 14th through September 3rd.  The performance times are from Noon to 2:00 pm each Friday.
